Order Dynamics GmbH provides institutional trading signals and research data on a technical-infrastructure basis. The company is not a brokerage, not a portfolio manager, and not an investment adviser within the meaning of the German Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG), Kreditwesengesetz (KWG), or the EU Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II). The company does not hold an investment-services licence under the WpHG or MiFID II.
Order Dynamics does not route, execute, settle, or hold customer orders. Execution remains the responsibility of the partner and their licensed broker-dealer.
Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Order Dynamics GmbH is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Services are offered exclusively to institutional counterparties on a business-to-business basis.
